I am an avocado lover - so to me this is HEAVEN! Healthy & delish? Sign me up! Kourtney says she eats this yummy pudding / shake for breakfast - but I don't think I could have this for breakfast.. it tastes like dessert! I know that sounds so crazy - but I promise this is a dessert / sweet snack. Oh, and the best part besides being yummy & healthy? It is SO easy - just toss it all in the blender and voila!
Let's get on to the good stuff... the recipe!
So as you can see, all ingredients are pictured above - but I did substitute a few...
Ingredients:
- 1 Organic Avocado {Pitted and skin removed}
- 1 cup of Organic Almond Milk
- 1 Teaspoon of Organic Honey {Or more to taste}
Directions:
- Place all ingredients on low speed in blender for maybe 30 seconds or until smooth
- Serve in a bowl with spoon or glass with straw
Additions.. To make it extra healthy or add some small indulgences for dessert!
Add 1 or a few {All Organic}
- Chia Seeds
- Coconut Flakes
- Chocolate Chips
- Marshmallows
- Coconut Oil
- Granola
- Berries
*I cut this recipe in half when I tried it today - and it filled me up SO much! So to make less use 1/2 an avocado, 1/2 cup of almond milk, & 1/2 a teaspoon of honey
