Avocado Pudding

Avocado Pudding... I know, I know, it sounds gross right? It's so not! It is DELISH! Kourtney Kardashian made this recipe famous & just shared the recipe on her app! Her app has a really small monthly fee - so I know not everyone can find out the secret recipe - so I am sharing it here! :)

I am an avocado lover - so to me this is HEAVEN! Healthy & delish? Sign me up! Kourtney says she eats this yummy pudding / shake for breakfast - but I don't think I could have this for breakfast.. it tastes like dessert! I know that sounds so crazy - but I promise this is a dessert / sweet snack. Oh, and the best part besides being yummy & healthy? It is SO easy - just toss it all in the blender and voila!

Let's get on to the good stuff... the recipe!

So as you can see, all ingredients are pictured above - but I did substitute a few...

Ingredients:

  • 1 Organic Avocado {Pitted and skin removed}
  • 1 cup of Organic Almond Milk
  • 1 Teaspoon of Organic Honey {Or more to taste}
Directions:
  • Place all ingredients on low speed in blender for maybe 30 seconds or until smooth
  • Serve in a bowl with spoon or glass with straw
Additions.. To make it extra healthy or add some small indulgences for dessert!
Add 1 or a few {All Organic}
  • Chia Seeds
  • Coconut Flakes
  • Chocolate Chips
  • Marshmallows
  • Coconut Oil
  • Granola
  • Berries
*I cut this recipe in half when I tried it today - and it filled me up SO much! So to make less use 1/2 an avocado, 1/2 cup of almond milk, & 1/2 a teaspoon of honey
